"Vehicle was not the one I was advised it would be, nor was it the quoted registration number. I was not dropped off at my actual destination because the driver said he could not gain access via the route he had taken, this despite me suggesting that he could drop me at the station as it was only a 2 minute walk to the office! Finally, I did not receive any form of receipt for this transaction"
